1. Payment & Delivery *The Buyer agrees to pay the full parrot price and all shipping costs. *Estimated delivery time is 4–7 hours, unless otherwise agreed. Deposits are non-refundable if the Buyer: *Fails to complete the purchase, or *Fails to pay the remaining balance by the agreed delivery date. *If payment is not completed, the Seller may resell the bird without further obligation. If a bird becomes unavailable due to illness, death, or Seller-related issues, the Buyer may choose: *A full refund, or *Transfer of the deposit to a future litter. 2. Health & Seller Guarantees The Seller guarantees the bird is: *Legally owned by the Seller *Free of communicable diseases at the time of sale *The Buyer has 2 days after delivery to have the bird examined by a licensed veterinarian (at Buyer’s expense). *If the bird fails the exam, it may be returned with a written vet report for a full refund. *Failure to complete a vet check within 2 days voids the health guarantee. *If the Buyer keeps the bird , all future medical care is the Buyer’s responsibility and no replacement will be offered. 3. Health Guarantee Exclusions This guarantee does not cover: *Allergies *Undescended testicles *Loose knees or hips *Stenotic nares *Elongated soft palate *Umbilical hernia *Dermatitis *Demodectic mange No replacement or refund will be provided for conditions caused by heat stroke, abuse, neglect, or improper socialization. The Buyer confirms they have researched the breed and understand potential health issues. All medical costs are the Buyer’s responsibility. No refunds will be issued. This guarantee applies only to the original Buyer and is not transferable. 4. Lifetime Return Policy We will accept the return of the bird at any time during its lifetime to prevent euthanasia or shelter surrender. No refund or replacement will be provided unless the return is due to Seller misrepresentation of the bird’s health. 5. Purpose of Sale Parrots are sold strictly as companion pets. No guarantees are made regarding breeding, showing, or performance abilities. 6. Buyer Responsibilities The Buyer agrees to: *Keep the bird as a family companion Provide safe housing, proper nutrition, and veterinary care *Ensure vaccinations, deworming, heartworm prevention are maintained Not resell or transfer the bird to pet shops, dealers, research facilities, or agents *Ensure any future owner agrees in writing to these terms 7. Liability & Indemnification The Buyer accepts full responsibility for the bird after delivery. The Seller is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss caused by the birds. The Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold the Seller harmless from all claims or expenses. 8. Legal Terms Any legal claim must be made within 1 year of the issue arising. This agreement is governed by the laws of USA. These terms represent the entire agreement between Buyer and Seller. 9.
